For a match to land, a customer's phone or email in Urable needs to match what is in RPM. Brand new customers appear in the pipeline once they exist in RPM as a contact, which the contact sync above handles automatically.

Good-to-know behaviors

Two notes worth understanding if you come across them.

🚫 A contact with no name is skipped.

If a contact exists with only a phone number and no name, the sync skips it on purpose. That keeps your shop database clean instead of filling it with nameless records.

What you can do: Add a name in RPM and the contact syncs on the next run.
🔗 Records that already exist get linked, not copied.

If a customer already lives in both systems but was never connected, the sync recognizes the match by email or phone and links the two records together. If there is no match anywhere, a fresh record is created from the existing data.

Finding your Urable API key

To connect the two systems, here are three quick steps inside Urable you will only need to do once.

Open Settings in Urable

From the Urable menu, tap Settings (the gear icon).

Scroll to the Developer Section

Inside Settings, find the Developer heading. Your key lives in the Access Token row.

Reveal It, Then Copy It

Tap SHOW to reveal the token, then use the copy icon to grab it. Paste that value wherever RPM asks for your Urable API key.

Treat your Access Token like a password. It is hidden by default, so only tap SHOW when you need to copy it, and avoid sharing it over email or text.
