RPM stands for Relationship Performance Management. RPM automates your follow-up, messaging, and reactivation, keeping clients engaged without you having to chase them.
RPM addresses six major pain points:
• Messages are going out, but customers are not replying
• Leads filling out forms and disappearing
• Juggling texts, DMs, and calls in chaos
• No way to reactivate past leads or clients automatically
• Confusing CRM with no training
• Automations with weak or ineffective messaging
RPM is a licensed, complete 'Client Engine' built specifically for automotive appearance shops (detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, window tint), and is designed for shops that generate $35k/month and want to grow without adding more chaos.
Anyone may apply, but not everyone will qualify for RPM. The system is designed for automotive appearance shops that need to commit to the onboarding process, meet technical requirements (phone transfer, email warmup), and be willing to actively engage with the system and provide feedback.
During the launch phase, only 30 spots are available through an application-only process. We will only take 10 accounts per month. The initial fee will hold your place in line.
For customers who don't meet the current qualifications, we'd recommend focusing on building your revenue and customer base first. Once you reach that threshold, RPM will be an even more powerful tool for your business. In the meantime, we can explore other solutions that might be a better fit for where you are today.
See "What is RPM, and who is it built for?"
RPM has demonstrated an 82% increase in client response rates and a 39% increase in closing rates. Results vary by shop, but most clients begin seeing improved response rates within the first 30-60 days after the email warmup period completes. Lead conversion and reactivation results build over time as customers move through the automated pipelines, and the system works best when combined with consistent lead generation.
Provider does not guarantee increases in leads, response rates, bookings, revenue, or any specific business results.
No. RPM automates messaging and follow-up, but it does not replace sales personnel.
It also does not...
• close deals automatically (AI)
• generate leads out of thin air
• provide paid ad management
• provide legal compliance services
• write your outbound content forever
• guarantee specific deliverability or business results
• provide reputation management (review generation/monitoring)
You still need to respond to leads and close deals; RPM just makes the process more consistent and removes the mental load of follow-up.
RPM has four non-negotiable requirements:
1) Phone number transfer (or starting a new number for your business line)
RPM relies significantly on 2-way SMS and phone transcriptions.
2) Mandatory 45-day email warmup period
Your new email system requires this to gain trust from email providers like Google and Yahoo. Without this process, your marketing emails may end up in spam folders, resulting in no sales from your campaigns.
3) Four onboarding meetings with the RPM team
See "What is orientation, an how long is it?"
4) Ability to import existing contacts from platforms like Urable, Detailers Roadmap Site, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp
See "Can I import my existing contacts?"
RPM provides four one-on-one onboarding sessions to train you and your team on the system. Each sessions is one-hour.
These sessions are designed to get you from setup to profit-generating fast. They cover system navigation, pipeline management, automation workflows, messaging best practices, and troubleshooting. Additional training beyond these four sessions is billed at $195/hour.
The implementation timeline depends on complexity and testing requirements, but typically ranges from 6–25 hours. The initial setup includes system configuration, email warmup (45–60 days), phone number porting/setup, and onboarding sessions spread over time to ensure proper training.
See "What is orientation, and how long is it?"
Yes. RPM supports importing contacts from Urable, Detailers Roadmap Site, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp. You may also manually import contacts from other sources. The team will help you with data migration during onboarding.
RPM includes unlimited users at no additional cost. Multiple team members can access the phone system, CRM, pipeline management, and messaging features. It's required that a business owner or key team members attend at least the first four onboarding sessions.
RPM includes:
• Four 31-day inbound lead nurture sequences via SMS & email written for PPF, Tint, Ceramic & Detailing services. Vinyl wrap is coming
• 48 weeks of customer-keeping content newsletters
• Future-planned 3-5 new automations added annually
• Built-in 2-way SMS texting & phone call porting into the system
• Voice transcriptions and AI summaries
• All-in-one system for funnels, email, and SMS
• Full CRM & pipeline management
• Email health monitoring & reports
• 4 one-on-one onboarding calls
• Unlimited user spaces
See "What are the service-specific pipelines?"
RPM provides a prebuilt, all-in-one marketing solution for inbound and post-purchase messaging, newsletters, phone IVR menus, AI transcribing, pipelines, and connections to your website and other CRMs. You can do initial content editing for all pre-made content, modify contact segments and tags, create your own additional automations. However, the core automation workflows are locked to prevent breaking complex sequences. Custom modifications beyond basic personalization are available through Professional Services.
See "What are 'Professional Services' and how much do they cost?"
See "Can I create my own automations or customize the messages?"
RPM includes 50+ prebuilt automations covering lead response, service-specific pipelines (detailing, ceramic, tint, PPF), reactivation sequences, review requests, referral engines, and customer retention campaigns. Each automation is built with branching logic, time-based triggers, and conditional routing.
The customer will be able to edit or remove some of our prebuilt automations during onboarding.
Yes. RPM includes a built-in phone IVR system with call tracking, transcriptions, AI summaries and 2-way SMS texting. The system requires phone number porting or starting a new number. Multiple team members can access the system via a VOIP app.
Each service type has its own inbound leads and post-purchase pipeline with custom touchpoints:
• Detailing has seasonal reactivations and maintenance plans
• Ceramic coating includes aftercare, inspection reminders, and maintenance triggers
• Window tint includes cure timelines and safety reminders
• PPF has performance checks and film care guidance
Yes. At this time, clients can create their own unique automations and can review and customize all messaging before use.
Regarding automations:
We do ask that they reach out if there are any questions, as we do not want to conflict with what is currently made. RPM automations rely on tightly connected rules, triggers, tags, and sequencing logic. Allowing open editing would risk breaking the system and disrupting live client communication.
If you have a request for a new automation, you can submit it to [email protected]. The RPM team will evaluate whether it makes sense to build for the entire system or quote it as custom Professional Services.
Regarding message customizations:
RPM delivers messages as-is, and you're responsible for reviewing all content, workflow logic, sending rules, contact segments, and tags before activation. Custom writing is available as a Professional Service.

RPM is built on GoHighLevel, which is an enterprise-grade SaaS platform used by thousands of agencies and businesses. GoHighLevel maintains industry-standard security practices, including data encryption, secure data centers, and compliance with data protection regulations. However, specific security certifications, penetration testing results, or compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) should be confirmed directly with the RPM team or GoHighLevel's security documentation if required for your business compliance needs.
You'll receive a configured GoHighLevel sub-account environment with RPM's proprietary snapshots, workflows, automations, and messaging installed.
RPM has direct integration with DR websites, including automatic form-to-pipeline routing, embedded tracking for visitor behavior, lead source identification (knowing which marketing channel brought each lead), and automatic value attachment to inbound leads. The integration ensures that when someone fills out a form on your DR site, they're automatically entered into the appropriate service-specific pipeline (ceramic, PPF, tint, or detailing) without any manual data entry.
For other websites, integrations can be set up during implementation.
After the initial four onboarding sessions, ongoing support is provided via email at [email protected] with a target
one-business-day response time. You also receive monthly email health monitoring and reports from email experts (starting around month 3 after email warmup), access to community-driven automations, and 5-8 new RPM automations added per year. Additional training or onboarding sessions beyond the initial four can be purchased at $195/hour.
The system is monitored for email health and deliverability. However, RPM depends on third-party platforms and carriers, so Provider is not responsible for outages, downtime, carrier filtering, or third-party policy changes.
