This Subscription and Billing Policy explains how billing, renewals, fees, and payments work for RPM, a business CRM and marketing software platform operated by 8bitcreative, LLC (“RPM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to RPM or using our Services, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
RPM is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans, features, and pricing are presented during signup, onboarding, or on an order form, invoice, or checkout page.
Subscriptions may include:
An initial implementation or setup fee.
An ongoing monthly SaaS license fee.
Usage-based charges, as described below.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, typically monthly, beginning on the activation date of your account.
Unless canceled in accordance with this Policy, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method on file will be charged for the applicable fees.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all recurring and usage-based fees.
All fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated in writing. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.
If a payment fails, we may:
Retry the charge.
Suspend access to the Services until payment is received.
Terminate the account for non-payment, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
RPM may include variable usage-based charges, including but not limited to:
SMS, MMS, and calling usage.
Email sending volume.
Carrier fees or surcharges.
Third-party integration or platform fees.
Usage-based charges are determined by third-party providers and carriers and may vary month to month. We do not control third-party pricing and cannot guarantee specific rates.
You are responsible for all usage incurred on your account, regardless of who initiates the activity.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, features, or usage rates at any time. Pricing changes will apply prospectively and, when required, we will provide reasonable notice.
Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice in accordance with our Terms of Service or your applicable agreement.
Cancellation:
Prevents future renewals.
Does not retroactively reduce or refund fees already paid.
Does not eliminate responsibility for usage charges incurred prior to cancellation.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by 8bitcreative, LLC.
We do not provide refunds for:
Partial billing periods.
Unused features.
Failure to use the Services.
Suspension due to non-payment or policy violations.
Fees do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for:
Non-payment.
Violation of our Terms of Service.
Abuse of the platform or messaging systems.
Illegal or prohibited activity.
Suspension or termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to suspension or termination.
If you have a billing question or dispute, you must contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may limit your ability to use RPM in the future.
We may update this Subscription and Billing Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
